The A&E program "60 Days In" followed seven undercover volunteers disguised as inmates at the Clark County Jail.

The county originally planned to partner with the AIDS Healthcare Foundation to run the exchange, but that plan fell apart.

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management issued an ozone advisory for Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Scott, and Washington counties because of ozone levels that are forecast to be high.

The allegations include repeated failures to provide adequate veterinary care to animals and to handle animals carefully, as well as physical abuse.

The jail received $500 for every day of filming, which was scheduled for about 120 days. The 12-episode show "60 Days In," premieres on A&E March 10.

Clark County Public Health Officer, Dr. Kevin Burke has already declared a public health emergency. He says the county's HIV and Hepatitis C rates are 25 to 30 percent higher than the state average.
