An EF-1 tornado with winds of 100 mph touched down Friday in central Indiana's Madison County, destroying a barn and damaging trees.

Assistance could include grants for temporary housing and home repairs, low-cost loans to cover uninsured property and other programs.

Officials in Floyd and Clark counties are working to vaccinate more people, with a focus on high-risk populations such as homeless people and jail inmates.
