A rally was held Sunday to protest the arrest conducted by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Gov. Mike Braun said he’s ordering all state and federal law enforcement agencies to do what the Trump administration asks to help deport undocumented immigrants.

Despite lawmakers’ efforts to make changes, Indiana remains one of 10 states that has a state law specifically prohibiting undocumented students from paying in-state tuition at public universities and colleges.

In most states, including Indiana, hospitals can't bill Emergency Medicaid until they know for sure they're dealing with an emergency.
