Indianapolis Public Library leadership are quick to share the work they've done in dismantling systemic racism, but former and current Black employees describe an ongoing culture of racism, ableism and sexual harassment.

The House rules create a definition of sexual harassment and govern how the Ethics Committee will investigate claims.

The policy would require the House Ethics Committee - made up of three Republican and three Democratic lawmakers - to investigate any sexual harassment claims against fellow legislators.
