Indianapolis police arrest 15-year-old juvenile following shooting on city's east side
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, detectives with the Indiana Crime Guns Task Force were working a separate investigation in the 2900 block of E. 19th Street around 1:30 p.m. when they saw two juveniles approach a vehicle and one juvenile fired a gun.
