Dr. Caitlin Bernard has threatened to sue Republican Attorney General Todd Rokita for "false and misleading statements" he made after she provided a medication abortion for the girl from Ohio.

Dozens of Hoosiers rallied outside the Statehouse Wednesday to keep the fire burning in support of abortion rights.

What little public polling there is on abortion in Indiana shows that a large majority of Hoosiers oppose an abortion ban that doesn’t allow exceptions – like in cases of rape, incest or when the life of the pregnant person is at risk.

Legislation headed to the Indiana Senate criminalizes those who coerce people into having an abortion.
