The 54th Annual Penrod Arts Fair returns to Newfields this month. It was canceled last year due to the pandemic. WFYI’s Taylor Bennett sat down with Tim Haley from Penrod and Rob Dixon from the Jazz Foundation to learn about any changes and how proceeds help local artists.

The Penrod Arts Fair is this Saturday, Sept. 11.
