The Detroit News reports the United Auto Workers union reached an agreement with General Motors; it now has tentative agreements with all three Detroit automakers. Former Vice President and former Indiana Governor Mike Pence ended his bid for the Republican presidential nomination. An overnight shooting at an Indianapolis house party left one person dead and nine others injured, police said Sunday. The 2023 Indianapolis mayoral race is in its final weeks. Voters will choose between Republican candidate Jefferson Shreve, who led a crowded primary field in May, and incumbent Democratic Mayor Joe Hogsett, who seeks a third term in office.
