Kountry Kitchen Reopens, Opioid Settlement Funds, Indiana College Enrollment Rates, Crisis Intervention Training

Kountry Kitchen Soul Food Place announced its reopening after a fire destroyed its building in 2020. Tippecanoe County will receive $1.1 million from the opioid settlement fund and a state matching program. Indiana’s college going rate unchanged a year after hitting lowest in a generation. Some counties are looking for new ways to improve interactions between law enforcement and people experiencing a mental health crisis.
