Prosecutor Wants To Review Full Bennett Report
Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry said Tuesday that he declined to file charges after the state reached a settlement in which Bennett paid a $5,000 fine. But Curry said Wednesday that he never received the full investigation report from February 2014 and has requested a copy from the inspector general's office to review.
