Many Indy Creatives wear many hats. Visual artist Joy Hernandez is one of them. She is a muralist, gallery owner, news videographer, and contributor to WFYI’s arts and culture radio program, Curious Mix.

From WFYI's Arts and Culture desk, Hernandez spoke with Jill Ditmire about the impact of the pandemic on all of that work.

Hernandez and other Circle City Industrial Complex artists are getting some extra help from another business in the building. 8th Day Distillery is donating hand sanitizer to the artists who plan to open their studios to the public as hours and regulations allow.
