The Indiana Department of Transportation will close two ramps on the west side of Indianapoils for repair starting Monday.

The Interstate 74 eastbound to Interstate 465 southbound ramp will be closed for four nights -- Sept. 30 through Oct.3 -- while crews will repair bridge joints and patch the bridge deck.

The ramp will be closed nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next day.

During the nightly closures, INDOT says, drivers can take I-74 eastbound to Crawfordsville Road and use the ramp to get back on I-465 southbound.

The following week -- Oct. 7 to Oct. 11 -- I-465 northbound to I-74 westbound will be shut down for repairs.

The ramp will be closed nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next day.

During the second round of nightly closures, INDOT says, drivers can continue on I-465 northbound to 38th Street and reenter I-465 southbound.
