Classical Violinist Jesse Hawkins To Perform Noon Concert For Art & Soul Celebration

The Arts Council of Indianapolis celebrates Black History Month with free performances of dance, music and theater during the noon hour at the Artsgarden in the downtown Circle Center Mall.    WFYI’s Jill Ditmire spoke with Jesse Hawkins, a classical violinist and member of the Carmel Symphony Orchestra, who will perform as part of the Art and Soul Celebration on Wednesday.
