Provisional data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows Indiana is no longer among the ten worst states for infant mortality. School choice expansion has emerged as a potential priority for lawmakers in the 2025 legislative session. A judge ruled in favor of an Indiana physician in his case against Fort wayne-based Lutheran Medical Group. Trump’s pick to head the Department of Health and Human Services has said he wants to remove fluoride from U.S. water systems.
