Indianapolis Public Library Programs on Black Literature and Culture, $300 Million Development Project in Downtown Indy, Birth Control Access Under Trump, Task Force on Indiana’s Tax System

The Indianapolis Public Library’s Center for Black Literature and Culture recently announced a series of programs for 2025. A downtown development project is moving quickly through the city approval process. Some reproductive-rights advocates are concerned access to birth control could be limited under a second Trump administration. Help is likely on the way for property tax payers, but that help will also take time.
