Indianapolis Ends Year with 17 Police Involved Shootings, Coal Producer and Renewable Energy Company Team Up, Buy Now, Pay Later Products Become More Common, ARPA Deadline Passes

Indianapolis ends the year with 17 police involved shootings. A coal producer and renewable energy company team up to put solar and battery storage on reclaimed mine land. “Buy now, pay later” products have become more common. The deadline for Indianapolis to obligate funds from the American Rescue Plan Act passes.
