Five-Year Strategic Plan for Indianapolis, One Week Left for Voter Registration, Are Over-the-Counter COVID-19 Tests Still Effective?, Indy Officials Target Street Takeovers

The Indianapolis Foundation this week announced a five-year strategic plan. People in Indiana who want to vote in this fall’s election have one week left to register or update their registration. Are over-the-counter COVID-19 tests still effective as the virus mutates and new variants emerge? City officials are considering how to curb disruptive nighttime events known as street takeovers.
