Each summer the Heartland Actors Repertory Theatre (HART) produces a Shakespearean play in the White River State Park. This year they tackle the Tempest. About every five years, the Indianapolis arts community is the subject of an in-depth, comprehensive study to ascertain our patterns as consumers and supporters of the arts.
