State Fair, Voodoo Daddy, and College Ave

It's the Year of the Farmer at the Indiana State Fair, and if you're a regular listener to WFYI Radio, you know it's also a Year of Garrison Keillor. Sharon Gamble invited the State Fair's Lesley Gordon in to learn more. Travis DiNicola spoke by phone with Scotty Morris, swing band Big Bad Voodoo Daddy's lead singer, about an upcoming Indianapolis show. Created by John Sherman and Mayowa Tomori, Looking Up College Avenue is a chance to pursue a treasure hunt through history. Sharon Gamble invited writer and photographer John Sherman to our studios to learn more.
