'Just shake off the frustration’ as Taylor Swift’s concert will lead to downtown traffic

After a little under two years of planning, downtown Indianapolis will welcome roughly 200,000 people for the last stop of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour this weekend. City officials say the event is expected to boost economic activity and introduce some road closures during the event.
