IU School of Law Professor Cynthia Baker returns as a guest with 2016 Program on Law and State Government Fellows April Keaton and Ryan Heeb. Keaton and Heeb have an event slated for September 30 at the law school on the topic: “Lessons from Flint: Capacities and Limits of State Governments.” They intend to delve into the relationships between state governments and their poorest cities, including here in Indiana.
