Over, Under, Gone.

We revisit producer Gary Harrison's documentary "Over, Under, Gone" (which premiered fall 2016).  "Thousands of "low head" dams are scattered across our country, and while the name implies low hazard/low impact, nothing could be further from the truth." Guests are Manuela Johnson, CEM, Administrator State Disaster Relief Fund, Indiana Department of Homeland Security; Kenneth Smith, with Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division of Water; and Lt. Col. Terry Hyndman, Indiana Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Division. All are members of the Indiana Silver Jackets Low Head Dams Initiative Team.
