General Assembly Issues: Cigarette Tax and Solar Net Metering

For the first half hour, discussing the proposed cigarette tax. Show guests are Monique French of the American Lung Association's "Raise It for Health" campaign and Rep. Ed Clere, R - New Alabany. The second half hour focuses on solar net metering, specifically rolling back the credits of homeowners and others with solar to near-wholesale rates rather than the current retail credit they currently enjoy.
