Indianapolis gained international focus in 2016 when presidential candidate Donald Trump began using workers at the Carrier and Rexnord manufacturing plants as examples in his discussions about American workers. Fast forward to one year later - where are those workers now and in a state that's so heavily reliant on advanced manufacturing, what does the future workforce look like?
