Making Our Food Community Better
July 11, 2015
We meet courageous people this week who are willing to take the risks to make our food community better. Host Jolene Ketzenberger talks with Jon Weed of B Happy Peanut Butter. Then she talks with Dyke Michaels and Casey Alexander of Irvington's Beast food truck. Staying in Irvington, she revisit Rita Franco, the accidental entrepreneur who's helping launch others in business too. Finally we meet a pair of voices we'll hear more regularly. First is beverage professional Charlie Schumacher, who is at Sangrita Saloon, and then Whitney Smith, who blogs about value shopping at Pumps and Circumstance.
