September 19, 2015
This week Host Jolene Ketzenberger delves into the local food scene's history and takes a look ahead, too. First up is Steven Oakley, a pioneering chef/restaurateur who got a start at the seminal Something Different in Broad Ripple that was owned by Dan and Susan Goss, who now are Chicago restaurateurs. Arther Black is another Something Different alum who now is a beverage expert. Sherri Clark worked in the front of the Something Different and talks about the evolution of service. And Deb Borchelt, who helped found Bazbeaux Pizza and now is a co-owner of B's PoBoys talks about the future of food in the region.
