Host Jolene Ketzenberger travels to Bloomington, IN this week to talk with semifinalists for the coveted James Beard Awards. First we hear from FarmBloomington owner and chef Daniel Orr, who has worked at some of the finest restaurants in New York City and the Caribbean, about his first nod as a semifinalist. And then we'll hear from David Tallent, whose eponymous restaurant has earned him several nominations since it opened in downtown Bloomington. This week, we learn about what it takes to be recognized as one of the region's best chefs and restaurateurs on Eat Drink Indiana Radio.
