America, Are We Ready?
A new series of pop-up call-in programs focused on the 2020 Election begins Monday, Feb. 3 at the Iowa Caucuses and will continue through the June 2 New Jersey Primary. These broad, inclusive discussions will be aimed at lifting the voices of the callers.
Hosted by Brian Lehrer in collaboration with the Associated Press and local NPR station partners, the programs will tackle questions like: How healthy is our democracy? And can we even really listen to each other?
Catch episodes before live coverage of the Democratic primaries from 7-8 p.m. on 90.1 FM on the following dates:
- Feb 3: Iowa Caucuses
- Feb 11: New Hampshire Primary
- Feb 29: South Carolina Primary
- March 3: Super Tuesday
- March 10: Michigan, Washington, Missouri, Mississippi, North Dakota, and Idaho Primaries
- March 17: Florida, Arizona, and Illinois Primaries
- April 28: New York Primary
- June 2: New Jersey Primary
