The Indiana Prison Writers Workshop (Repeat)

The Indiana Prison Writers Workshop is a program that aims to help incarcerated people express themselves creatively. Today we talk about why the program was founded, and the impact it has had on participants.
We also talk to the director of a writing center who compiled pieces from the program to produce a book. And volunteers and participants of the program talk about their experiences learning and writing together.
