Despite the growing number of new cases of COVID-19, Governor Eric Holcomb doesn't intend to reimpose restrictions as of now. Mail-in ballot numbers are also on the rise with around 384,000 people requesting mail-in ballots this year in Indiana. This only is already double the total number of people who voted via mail-in ballot in the 2016 election. This week a federal judge decided that Indiana must count ballots that are postmarked by election day, November 3, as long as they reach county clerks by November 13.

Indiana Avenue was designated a National Historic District in the late 80's for its cultural significance in music, especially jazz and blues. Today we talk about how Indiana Avenue left its mark and influence on music.

What does the process look like after leaving the ICU after battling COVID-19? We talk with a reporter who followed a story of a case with a happy ending. Today we also hear a story of a winner of the Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes, an 11-year-old girl from Fort Wayne.
