Sexual Assault in Indiana
October 01, 2020
An estimated 1 in 5 women and 1 in 6 men in the United States experience some form of sexual violence in their lifetime. Across the state, many are calling for changes in the current legislation to better help those affected by sexual assault. Specifically, calling for a legal definition of consent.
Today we talk about the current legislation in place around sexual assault and how organizations are advocating for survivors and for this legislative change on consent.
