The ACLU of Indiana, Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services and Indiana Department of Correction have finally reached an agreement on how to treat mentally ill prisoners, years after a judge attributed a number of suicides to poor treatment in Indiana prisons.

In the last few years, new medications have come on the market that can cure hepatitis C with a more than 90 percent success rate, but for some people on Medicaid, actually getting that cure can be difficult.

The newest lawsuit is over Medicaid payments for Hepatitis C treatment.
