Purdue, Notre Dame Startups To Face Off In Pitch Competition

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) — Leaders of startups from Purdue University and the University of Notre Dame are expected to participate in a business pitch competition.

The public event will be held Thursday in the Purdue Railyard co-working space in the Kurz Purdue Technology Center in West Lafayette.

Four startups from each school will take part in the competition sponsored by venture capital firm BlueSky Capital and conducted in partnership with the Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship.

The teams will present their pitches to a three-judge panel.

The top prize is $15,000. A total of $30,000 in awards will be handed out.
