IndyHumane’s Mutt Strutt will return to its in-person format this October.

The fundraiser, now in its 18 year, will take place Oct. 23 at Victory Field. IndyHumane made last year’s event virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We are really looking forward to safely returning to an in-person event later this year,”  IndyHumane CEO David Horth, said. “Mutt Strut is not only a great fundraiser which allows us to save thousands of pets in central Indiana, it’s a great opportunity to celebrate the pet-loving community of Indianapolis.”

Mutt Strut is IndyHumane’s largest fundraiser and helps the organization to take in and care for animals, implement programming, provide medical care, and find cats and dogs homes.

Updates on registration, event information, and additional ways to support the shelter are available online.
