Dating violence is a common and pervasive problem on college campuses. Local universities are teaming up with the Marion County prosecutor’s office to address the problem.

WFYI’s Taylor Bennett spoke with Sexual Assault and Response Specialist at Butler University Jules Arthur-Grable about those efforts. Arthur-Grable starts this conversation with some alarming statistics.

Scholar support program expands to IU Indianapolis, helps first-gen underrepresented students

Indiana University Indianapolis announced this week it will bring the Groups Scholars Program to its campus next year. The program provides academic, financial and social support to first-generation and underrepresented college students to help them obtain a bachelor’s degree.
