Not So Random Acts of Kindness Week Finds Fun Ways To Help

A week of events are planned to promote Indy civic pride and spread volunteer opportunities.  Eight events are planned to give back to communities.

Yelp's Not So Random Acts of Kindness Week kicks off tonight with a free spincycling class at Spin Cycle Indy from 7 to 7:45 p.m.  Brittany Smith with Yelp says the event will benefit Freewheeling Community Bikes.

"They have an afterschool program with students teaching them bike skills and how to build their bike and maintain their bikes," explains Smith.

The events are also meant to celebrate Indianapolis and some of our unique organizations.

Other happenings have Yelp partnering with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Swag Truck and Gleaners, finding fun, innovative ways to give back to the community.

A complete list of opportunities can be found online at yelp.com/events.
