Earlier this month, Jeff Butts was named the 2019 Indiana Superintendent of the Year by the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents. He's now in the running for the national award.  WFYI’s Carter Barrett sat down with Butts to discuss challenges facing Indiana schools and his plans for Wayne Township Schools.
