The Indiana State Fair returns this month.
Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, Anna Whelchel said this year’s theme will focus on Indiana’s automotive history.
The usual fair favorites, foods and rides on the midway will return, along with an expansive list of new attractions.
“A canine dog trick show which is incredible. They’ll perform a couple of times each day. They were on America’s Got Talent. We’ve also got a fun high dive show that’s great for kids,” Whelchel said.
Whelchel said the goal of the fair is to make it accessible to everyone.
“Whether that’s through some discount days that we have with partners, or we also do a $3 admission day with $3 rides and $3 food options each Thursday of the fair,” Whelchel said.
Opening day is July 29 and the fair will run through Aug. 21. It will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
