Indiana’s U.S. Senate candidates will meet Tuesday in the second and final debate before Election Day.
The first debate saw Democratic incumbent Joe Donnelly go on the attack against Republican challenger Mike Braun. Many expect the same sort of performance in the second debate; Donnelly and Braun remain locked in a dead heat for the seat.
The two tussled earlier this month over their support for President Donald Trump, health care, and Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination fight.
Libertarian Lucy Brenton will likely continue to try to set herself apart from both candidates. Political analysts say Brenton, who previously ran for Senate in 2016, could draw votes from both Donnelly and Braun.
