Thousands of bats, three home run records and one "curse" have been broken since Ken Burns last explored the history of America's national pastime with his landmark 1994 PBS series Baseball. This new two-part, four-hour documentary by Burns and Lynn Novick picks up where the original series left off.

The Tenth Inning tells the tumultuous story of America's national pastime from the early 1990s to the present day, introducing an unforgettable array of players, teams and fans, celebrating the game's resilience and enduring appeal, and showcasing both extraordinary accomplishments - and devastating losses and disappointments.

Row Hard No Excuses is an award-winning documentary that chronicles the voyage of the only American entry in a rowing race across the Atlantic Ocean. It is both an exciting sports-adventure story and an intimate portrait of the two-man crew that explores masculinity, midlife and ambition.

From Latin jazz and mambo to salsa, Tejano, Chicano rock, Latin pop and reggaeton, this four-hour series tells the story of the rise of new American music forged from powerful Latin roots. It also reveals the often overlooked influence of Latin music on jazz, hip hop, rhythm and blues and rock 'n' roll - and on all of American culture. It's a fresh take on America's musical history.

This lively hour-long interview program was produced by The HistoryMakers, the nation’s largest African American video oral history archive. The program provides an interesting and rarely seen inside look at the life and career of Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. A native of West Virginia, Gates returns to his birth state to share his story with CNN White House Correspondent Suzanne Malveaux. The HistoryMakers also honored Eloise Gentry, the late president of The Urban League of Northwest Indiana; Dr. Hazo Carter, president of West Virginia University; and Andrew Taylor, general manager of Microsoft Corporation during the program.

See the story of the Marquis de Lafayette and his quest to bring democracy to America and France. The program traces the life and legend of this intriguing, neglected, and controversial figure, who left France at the age of 19 and fought courageously for the independence of the United States. Years later, after being imprisoned for bringing freedom movements to Europe, he returns, triumphantly, for the 50th anniversary of the American revolution - this country's first great patriotic celebration.
